Application Fee : Rs 125/-(in case of Group’C’ posts) and Rs 75/- (in case of Group’D’ posts) for UR/OBC Candidates ( SC/ ST/ PH/ EXSM/ Women/ departmental candidates are free to apply) is to be paid in form of a demand draft issued by SBI in favour of “ ESI Fund Account No.-1.D(M)D” payable at New Delhi. Departmental Employees have to enclose their service certificate in order to be exempted from fee.
