Application Fee : Rs 225/- for UR/OBC candidates and Rs 25/- for SC/ ST/ PH/Women candidates is to be paid in form of a demand draft from and scheduled bank in favour of “ ESI Corporation” payable at Hyderabad. The candidate should write his/her name and the post applied for at the back of the demand draft.
