- Technical Code Reviews
- Project Documentation
- Quality of the product
Desired : The candidate should have a positive attitude besides good communication and analytical skills. He/She should have good technical and functional skills. The candidate should have experience in complete project lifecycle execution and follow best practices in an Agile development environment.
Technical Skill Set: .NET FRAMEWORK2.0, C#, ASP.NET, IIS6.0, Visual Studio 2005, XML, AJAX controls, SQL Server 2005

Never join ITPL, its the worst company in terms of employee dissatisfaction. I was working there for a month but was not provided with a offer letter niether a salary slip. The administration is very sluggish and not responsive to employees complaints.
