Application Fee : Rs 75/-(in case of posts in the Grade Pay upto Rs 2000) and Rs 125/- (in case of posts in the Grade Pay above Rs 2000/- upto Rs 4600/-) for UR/OBC Candidates ( SC/ ST/ PH/ EXSM/ Women/ ESIC Employees are free to apply) is to be paid in form of a demand draft only from and scheduled bank in favour of “ ESI Corporation, Account No.-01” payable at New Delhi. ESIC Employees have to enclose their service certificate in order to be exempted from fee.
