The organisation plans to recruit candidates for the following positions:
1. Post : Executive Trainee (Electrical) (Class II)
Number of Vacancies: 131 (UR-69/SC-20/ST-25/OBC-17)

Pay Scale: Rs 15,600-39,100 Grade pay 5400. Approx. Gross salary Rs 29,498 .However, during training the company would be paying a fixed stipend of Rs 15,600/-.
Education: BE/B.Tech(Electrical/Electrical and Electronics) with min. 65% aggregate. For SC/ST it is 55% and 60% for regular departmental employees of MPSEB or in any of its six successor companies.
2. Post : Executive Trainee (Accounts) (Class II)
Number of Vacancies: 4 (UR-2/ST-1/OBC-1)
Age Band: 35 Years maximum (on the date 30th October 2010). Relaxations do apply, Please refer detailed advertisement for details.
Pay Scale: Rs 15,600-39,100 Grade pay 5400. Approx. Gross salary Rs 29,498 .However, during training the company would be paying a fixed stipend of Rs 15,600/-.
Education: CA/ICWA
3. Post : Supervisor Trainee (Class III)
Number of Vacancies: 220 (UR-110/SC-35/ST-44/OBC-31)

Pay Scale: Rs 9,300-34,800 Grade pay 4100. Approx. Gross salary Rs 18,113 .However, during training the company would be paying a fixed stipend of Rs 9,860/-.
Education: Diploma(Electrical Engg) with min. 65% aggregate. For SC/ST it is 55% and 60% for regular departmental employees of MPSEB or in any of its six successor companies.
4. Post : Computer Operator-cum- Stenographer(Trainee) (Class III)
Number of Vacancies: 77 (UR-39/SC-12/ST-15/OBC-11)
Age Band: 27 Years maximum (on the date 30th October 2010). Relaxations do apply, Please refer detailed advertisement for details.
Pay Scale: Rs 5,200-20,200 Grade pay 2500. Approx. Gross salary Rs 10,604 .However, during training the company would be paying a fixed stipend of Rs 6,510/-.
Education: PGDCA(1 year) with Graduate and short hand exam pass from M.P Board or I.T.I from M.P Board in shorthand (Hindi or English) with min. 65% aggregate. For SC/ST it is 55% and 60% for regular departmental employees of MPSEB or in any of its six successor companies.
Selection Method: Candidates will be selected through a written test followed by an interview of only those candidates who qualify the written phase. Written exam will comprise of questions for each branch, logical reasoning, general awareness and aptitude test etc. And can be held on any date between December 2010 and January 2011.
