The Company has openings for the post of Management Trainee. The post will be filled by Indian Nationals only. Thus, the company invites application from young and enthusiastic Indian candidates to fill the vacancies in the two different streams. The details are mentioned below:
Engineering Stream: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc(Engg)
Designation: Management Trainee
Educational Standard: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical /CS/Fire Engg) with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) aggregate marks from a recognised University/ Institute. The qualification must have been achieved in first attempt.

Human Resources Stream
Designation: Management Trainee
Educational Standard: Full time MBA (HR)/MA (PM&IR)/ Post Graduate Diploma having specialisation in HR. The candidate should have got the required qualification in first attempt and with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) aggregate marks from a recognised University/ Institute.

More Details (same for all streams):
- Age Limit: 25 years and 27 years maximum for Engineering and HR professionals respectively (as on 1.12.2010). Reservations are applicable.
- Pay Scale: Job Group ‘A’ Rs 24900-50500 for both Engineering and HR professionals. However, after completion of probation period HR professionals will switch to Group ‘B’ while Engineering Candidates will be placed in the same ‘A’ Group.
Selection Process: The selection procedure will include written test, Group discussion and interview. The written test will be Objective in nature.
