The Indian Navy invites application from unmarried male and female candidates who are Graduates to serve as Short Service Commissioned Officer in Logistics Cadre of Executive Branch of Indian Navy:

Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Qualification: Graduate with min. 60% aggregate marks in the below listed disciplines:

1. For Logistics Cadre- Jul 2011 Course

• B.Com/M.Com
• BA (Economics)
• MBA
• BBA
• BBM
• MCA
• BCA
• BSc(IT)
• BE/B.Tech (any branch except B.Arch /Civil Engineering )
• Graduate Degree with Post Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Materials Management
• ICWA
• CA

 2. Works - Jul 2011 Course

• B.Arch
• B.Tech(Civil)

 3. Catering - Jul 2011 Course : Candidates who have a degree in Hotel/ Hospitality Management may apply .

Age Band: 19 ½ to 25 Years. This means that the candidate should be born between 2^nd July 1986 and 1^st Jan 1992 (both dates are inclusive).  

Physical Standard:

Eye Sight: The minimum acceptable vision standard for distant vision is 6/60, 6/60 correctable to 6/6, 6/12 with glasses. Colour Blind candidates need not apply.

Height and Weight: Minimum acceptable height for Men is 157 cms and Women 152 cms with correlated weight.

Note: Final year candidates need not apply.
