Application fee:Rs.40/-(No fee for SC/ST,PWD (PH),Women, Minority Communities, Economically Background Classes and Ex-SM) in the form of Crossed Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank or Crossed Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of “Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Railway Recruitment Cell, North Central Railways, Allahabad”
Candidates are advised to write their name and address on the back of Bank Draft/Pay Order/IPO and enclose it on the top of the application form in original.
The application should be made in the format specified only. The application should be written by the candidates himself/herself by black pen only (ball point or gel).The photograph pasted should be a color one. The complete application form along with the attested documents copies and draft/IPO/postal order should be enclosed in an envelope. The envelope need to superscribed with “North Central Railway Employment notice No.-RRC/NCR/1/2010” on the top of the envelop.PH candidates should mention PH at the left side of the envelop of their application clearly.

Enclosures required:
Candidates should enclose self-attested photocopies of the relevant certificates as mentioned below. Original certificates should not be enclosed.
1. Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order towards the examination fee, wherever applicable.
2. Certificates in proof of the Date of Birth. Only 10th class or school leaving certificate will be accepted.
3. Certificates in proof of educational/technical qualifications.
4. Community certificates for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC communities.
5. Physical Disability Certificate for candidates applying for quota reserved for them.
6. Income certificate for economically backward class candidates availing fee concession.
7. Self-declaration for candidates belonging to minority communities availing fee concession.
8. For Ex-Servicemen, discharge card/certificate. & Army Class –I certificate or equivalent in support of Military Service/Educational Qualification.
