Details:

The organisation is looking to recruit qualified candidates for its vacancies in Rajasthan Rajya Nigam Ltd and Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. The posts and the qualification required are as follows:

Post Name: Personnel Officer

No. of Vacancies: 7 (UR-5 | SC-1 | OBC/BC/SBC-1). The women candidates have 1 seats reserved for them in UR category.

Educational Background: An Arts/Science/Commerce Graduate with minimum 55% marks in aggregate plus

• Masters Degree in Social work/ PG (Personnel Management/ HR Management or Development/ Industrial Relations) with 55% minimum marks in aggregate

OR

• Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws, Labour Welfare and Personnel Management with 55% minimum marks in aggregate

AND

• Knowledge of Hindi and any of Rajasthan dialects.

 All qualifications from a recognised university/ institute.

Age Limit (as on 21.12.2010): 21-35 years. 21 year age is inclusive but 35 is not.

Salary: Stipend of Rs 16,800/- for first two years. Then scale will be Rs 15600-39100 plus GP 5400

Post Name: Assistant Personnel Officer

No. of Vacancies: 17 (UR-11 | SC-2 | ST-1 | OBC/BC/SBC-3). The women candidates have 2 seats reserved for them in UR category.

Educational Background: An Arts/Science/Commerce Graduate plus

• Masters Degree in Social work/ PG (Personnel Management/ HR Management or Development/ Industrial Relations)

OR

• Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws, Labour Welfare and Personnel Management

AND

• Knowledge of Hindi and any of Rajasthan dialects.

 All qualifications from a recognised university/ institute.

Age Limit (as on 21.12.2010): 18-35 years. 18 year age is inclusive but 35 is not.

Salary: Stipend of Rs 11,100/- for first two years. Then scale will be Rs 9300-34800 plus GP 3600

Note: Age relaxations are applicable.

Selection Procedure: The selection will be done by a written test only.
