The organisation invites application from eligible and qualified candidates for the different vacancies listed in five power sector companies of Rajasthan:
Post Name: Accounts Officer
No. of Vacancies: 18 (UR-15 | ST-1 | OBC/BC/SBC-2). The women candidates have 2 seats reserved for them in UR category. The number of posts listed here is sum of all vacancies across all the five power companies.
Educational Background: CA/ICWA OR MBA (Finance) with minimum 60%(55% for ST/OBC/BC/SBC) aggregate marks OR M.Com with 60% aggregate marks plus minimum 70%(65% for ST/OBC/BC/SBC) marks in B.Com . All qualifications from a recognised university/ institute.
Age Limit (as on 21.12.2010): 21-35 years. 21 year age is inclusive but 35 is not.
Salary: Stipend of Rs 16,800/- for first two years. Then scale will be Rs 15600-39100 plus GP 5400
Post Name: Accountant
No. of Vacancies: 212 (UR-108 | SC-37 | ST-27 | OBC/BC/SBC-40 | PH-4). The women candidates have 30 seats reserved for them in UR category, 7 in SC category, 5 in ST category and 11 in OBC/BC/SBC category. The number of posts listed here is sum of all vacancies across all power companies.
Educational Background: Graduation in Commerce with at least 70%(65% for SC/ ST/ OBC/BC/SBC/PH) aggregate marks from a recognised University
Age Limit (as on 21.12.2010): 18-35 years. 21 year age is inclusive but 35 is not.
Salary: Stipend of Rs 11,100/- for first two years. Then scale will be Rs 9300-34800 plus GP 3600
Post Name: Junior Accountant
No. of Vacancies: 387 (UR-172 | SC-75 | ST-71 | OBC/BC/SBC-69 | PH-8). The women candidates have 50 seats reserved for them in UR category, 13 in SC category, 9 in ST category and 18 in OBC/BC/SBC category. The number of posts listed here is sum of all vacancies across all power companies.

Application Procedure:
Application Fee: Rs 400/- to be paid by General Candidates and Rs 200/- by SC/ST/OBC/BC/SBC/PH candidates. The fee is to be paid through a challan in any branch of State bank of Bikaner and Jaipur (SBBJ) in “SBBJ POWER JYOTI ACCOUNT NUMBER 61113250483”.

The candidate should download the challan with a registration number, pay fees and get copy of challan and General number from bank. Then the candidates should fill the application form online and take its print out after submitting it online. The application form with copies of self attested supporting documents and challan should be enclosed in an envelope superscribed as –“Application for the post of Accounts Officer/ Accountant/ Junior Accountant” and system generated registration number on top of envelope to the following address:
