Testing Profile
Designation: Testing Engineer

Desired Candidate:
- Candidates who are good at manual testing techniques and have knowledge regarding the use of automation tools.
- People with sharp analytical skills and problem solving ability are preferred.
- Good communication skills and creative attitude.
- Candidates who have done courses in Testing can also apply.
Job Profile: The selected candidate will work on mobile testing. His/ Her job will include identifying test data, executing test conditions, resolving encountered errors, raising software error reports etc.

Software Developer Profile
Designation: Software Developer(Android)
Academics: Graduation/PG from a recognised University/ Institute.

- The candidate should have good command using Android i.e. using Android handsets, Android SDK, Touch Screen Applications, Java and XML.
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks at a given time.

Personal Advice: I have worked on Android and trust me it isn’t that difficult (if you are a beginner). What you would need is Core Java understanding and that will help you a lot in learning it. It is Java based. So, if you don’t have the skill still apply for the position and mention that you know the basics. Till the time they’ll call you, understand the Android basics. You can do it in just 3-4 days. Also it is open source you can download the android sdk, eclipse and start working. Everything is given on the official website of Android Developers. And still if your resume is not shortlisted, don’t loose heart now you have an additional skill set.
