IDBI wants to hire Fresh Graduate candidates on contractual basis for a period of one year which can be further extended for the next two years, on year to year basis depending on the candidate’s performance. After the completion of the three year period the candidate can become eligible to serve the bank as an Assistant Manager, the recruitment process of which will depend on bank. In simple words this means that these posts are likely to be made permanent:

Qualification Details: Graduate from any stream with min 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PH candidates who belong to SC/ST category only).
Note: Relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PH and Ex-serviceman.
Total No. of Posts: 700 (UR-332, OBC-189, SC-105, ST-53,PH-21).
Salary: The Executive will be paid a fixed pay of Rs.12000/-p.m in the first year,Rs.13,500/-in the second year,Rs.15,000/-in the third year of service.
Application Fee: Rs. 400/-(Rs.75/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM) payable as cash in any branch of IDBI or in SBI through a Payment Voucher. Rs 50/- additional charges will be payable by candidates who deposit fee in SBI.

Selection Procedure: Candidate’s Selection will be based on General Aptitude Test which is on 23/01/2011 followed by personal interview of candidates who have qualified the test. The Print out of the online call letter should be kept by the candidate at the of interview.
