The Indian Navy is looking for unmarried male candidates to become a part of the organisation as Permanent Commissioned Officer:

Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Qualification: Graduate with min. 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any of the following:

·         MSc(Physics) with Maths in BSc.

·         MSc(Maths) with Physics in BSc.

·         MSc(Operational Research/Analysis)

·         MSc(Meteorology/Oceanography)

·         M.Tech(Meteorology/Oceanography)

·         BE/B.Tech(ECE/Electrical&Electronics and Instrumentation/Electrical Engg./ CS/IT/ Mechanical)

·         ME/M.Tech(ECE/Electrical&Electronics and Instrumentation/Electrical Engg./ CS/IT/ Mechanical)

Age Band: 21 to 25 Years. This means that the candidate should be born between 2^nd July 1986 and 1^st July 1990 (both dates are inclusive).  

Physical Standard:

Eye Sight: The minimum acceptable vision standard for distant vision is 6/60, 6/60 correctable to 6/6, 6/12 with glasses. Colour Blind candidates need not apply.

Height and Weight: Minimum acceptable height is 157 cms with correlated weight.
