The Company has openings for BE/B.Tech Graduates of Computer Science and Electronics branch and MCA pass outs for the following post:
Designation: J2EE/Web Developer (Trainee)
Academics: BE/B.Tech (CS/Electronics)/MCA with first class from a recognised University/Institute. The candidate should also have passed 10th and 12th standard with first division.
Experience required: 0-2 years.
Job Profile: The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Software Product Design & Development: Creation of web based products using technologies like J2EE, Struts, Swings, Springs, Hibernate and Open Source Software.
- Reviewing open source products already available in market like Content Management Systems, Eclipse, Portals and find out a way to use them for product development.
- Quality assurance: Ensure that products fit their purpose at all times (even in a fast paced, changing environment) and that new products are delivered "right first time".
- Liaison: Coordinate the above activities with Business Teams.
- Perform presales work, generate Leads, develop proposals, close deals
- Provide weekly progress reports
Desired Technical Skill Set: The candidate applying should have knowledge of Structs, EJB. Also, the following is also desired:
- Front End: Java Swings, J2EE, MVC Framework, Springs framework
- Middle-Ware: The candidate should be well versed with any one of JBoss, Apache or Tomcat.
- Back-end: MySQL , Oracle, Hibernate
- BPM Domain: The candidate should have knowledge of Business Process Management, Work Flow.
Personal Traits:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a fact paced environment.
- Target oriented.
- Strong Analytical and Numerical Skills with excellent written and verbal English.
